Thai Red Curry Chicken With Onions & Snow Peas

Instructions:


  1. Bring 3/4 cup water to a boil. Add rice packet, reduce to low and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  2. In a bowl mix the packet of canola oil, roasted garlic salt and Thai red curry then add the chicken and diced onions and mix.
  3. Bring a medium skillet to medium-high heat then add the chicken and onion. Cook about 4 minutes then add one cup of water, reduce to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes, add the snow peas, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. Fluff the rice and plate with chicken, onions snow peas and remaining sauce over the rice.

  • 6 oz snow peas
  • 1 packet canola oil
  • 1 packet Thai red curry
  • 1 packet jasmine rice
  • 1 packet roasted garlic salt
