Ponzu Grilled Sirloin Steak Over Sesame Black Rice

Ponzu Grilled Sirloin Steak Over Sesame Black Rice

Citrus fruits and sweet mirin are the perfect sauce, marrying grilled sirloin and black rice. Steak marinated in Ponzu sauce is grilled to your desired temperature; scallions are charred to bring depth and a smoky crunch to the table. Black sesame rice is fluffy and light, providing the perfect contrast to the steak's bright marinade and rich flavors.
